AP ECET Counselling Dates 2020
The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) is conducted for Diploma holders in Engineering, B.Sc. Mathematics, and Pharmacy and the ap ecet results for the same were declared earlier in the month of October. Out of a total of 31,891 candidates who appeared for the examination, 30,654 have cleared the exam, which is roughly 96.12% of the total. Now, the counseling will start and only the candidates who scored above 25% in the exam will be eligible to sit for AP ECET 2020 counselling. On the basis of ranks, priorities of candidates, and availability of seats, lists will be released and seats will be allotted to the students. This year the apecet.nic.in counseling process will be conducted online.

How to Apply for AP ECET 2020 Counselling
The following process has to be followed by the candidates to complete the counseling hassle-free.
- Students must go to the website apect.nic.in and out of the many options on the website; they have to click on Pay Processing Fee. This fee has to be paid digitally, either via cards or via net banking. To confirm that their payment has been completed, the candidates must take a printout of the fee receipt.
- The counseling fee varies for different categories. For an SC/ST candidate, the application fee is Rs. 600 and for Other Backward Categories (OBCs), the fee is Rs. 1200.
- Now that the students have paid the fee, they have to reach the helpline centers for getting their documents verified. The following are the 13 helpline centers to be reported to.

Documents Required For AP ECET 2020 Counselling

- d. Bonafide certificate.
- e. Caste Certificate for respective categories.

AP ECET 2020 Exercising Options
After the completion of Certificate Verification, AP ECET web options 2020 1st and 2nd round will be conducted. Students will be provided with a Blank Option Form, courses, codes, and a list of colleges. Candidates have to mention the college name and course code which they want to join and it is better if done after discussion with their parents. Students are given the AP ECET Exercising Option Form to mention the priority and can AP ECET 2020 exercise as many options as they want. This is basically the first round.
Now, if the student isn’t satisfied with the options that he has mentioned during the allotted time, a new time will be provided by the authority to modify his Options. This is the second round of selecting the AP ECET Web Options.
The final allotment of seats will be done on the basis of Options in the priority, category of the candidate (SC/ST/OBC/NCC/Sports/EWS/CAP/PH), and merit rank. The list will be put on the website and other information will be provided on the candidate’s phone number. Candidates have to report to the respective colleges with the allotment card which is to be downloaded from the website.
